I am a qualified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, and Life Coach with over 5 years of experience. I can perform a range of massage therapies to promote comfort, injury prevention, and recovery, supporting longer-lasting wellness goals.

As a sports Masseur, I offer screening to my clients to provide insights into movement, posture, routine, and, where possible, passive stretching exercises.
I plan these treatments, considering your overall well-being, so you can engage positively with life tasks. I will support your well-being goal by offering soothing and comforting massages to relieve you from repetitive and strenuous routines
As a Body Mind masseur, I combine my experience in different work settings to elicit unity of body and mind, hence invoking a sense of relaxation. I do so by listening to my clients on many levels beyond the physical; by engaging in an emotional process, I encourage centring and restore emotional balance.
My clients and friends perceive me as someone who cares; hence, my therapy approach involves attuning to clients’ needs. By developing a genuine relationship with them, I allow them to find space to experience and accept themselves as they are.
